This type of technique is often used to protect crops from atmospheric agents and thus facilitate better results in crops. It basically consists of covering the soil with large pieces of low intensity polyethylene film, which has tensile strength and is resistant to tearing, low temperatures and stretching, among other adverse weather conditions.
It is available in various colours (black, white, white and silver…), widths and thicknesses, in addition to micro-perforated or macro-perforated according to the customer’s needs. Used for all types of crops.

We manufacture gravity irrigation hoses. This type of hoses consists of flexible irrigation hoses which take a tube-like shape when pressured water flows through them. This type of hoses returns to its totally flat format when water no longer flows through it.

They are a good alternative to polyethylene hoses as the latter take up greater storage space, as they are rolled into reels which take up a lot more space.

One of their main advantages is the reduced space they occupy when rolled up, which implies less storage and transport requirements after the harvest. Another advantage of these hoses is their easy installation thanks to their flexibility, which provides a more convenient and faster handling.

In this case, low tunnels are manufactured multilayer film structures combining LDPE and LLDPE resins, metallocenes and/or EVA copolymers, as well as with all relevant additives. Their thickness and presentation will also vary depending on the end use given to the product.

Their purpose is to protect crops against adverse weather conditions and external agents (wind, sun, high temperatures…).

Double chamber films are used to improve thermal protection of the crops, thus enhancing the effect of the cover and reducing as much as possible light transmittance inside the greenhouse.

This double chamber functions in so far as it creates an air space between the plastic cover and the double chamber, which slows cooling. This avoids the damage low temperatures cause to crops that grow in greenhouse conditions. In addition, this product allows for adding additives that confer anti-fog or thermal properties to this film.

Its optimal operation guarantee lies in its manufacture, based on combinations of EVA copolymers and/or metallocenes, in multi-layer structures, which improve the transmission of light toward the interior of the greenhouse.
